The ADM (Capacity) Act 2015, which passed into law in December 2015, is the statutory duty to use a human rights based approach to support decision making. This legislation has implications for all citizens including people with disabilities and vulnerable adults, along with a broad range of professionals, frontline service providers, voluntary and community organisations and businesses

The event on the ADM (Capacity) Act 2015 will take place on Tuesday 26th September 2017 in Lecture Theatre 1, Scott Building, Midlands Regional Hospital Tullamore, Arden Road, Tullamore, Co. Offaly from 1.00pm until 4.30pm.

The event will be facilitated by Mary Condell; Solicitor, Mediator and Legal Advisor with Sage – Support & Advocacy Service.
