2018 Seminars & Workshops on ADM (Capacity) Act 2015 January 24, 2018

Throughout 2018 Sage will be hosting a series of seminars and workshops around the country in preparation for commencement of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015.

Workshops: ‘Nothing About You / Without You: Putting Capacity Legislation into our Practice’

These will be practical workshops using the principles of the ADM (Capacity) Act 2015 to support vulnerable adults and older people.

• Learn about the principles of the legislation
• Challenge assumptions about capacity and decision-making
• Develop skills to support decision-making
• Put the principles into practice with role play and case studies
• Plan for future practice
